We run nail salons.
Then we built the software to run them.
GuavaTex is made by Lavish Merchant Solutions, LLC, a New Hampshire company that owns and operates nail salons. The platform didn't start in an office — it started at our own front desk, where it has run every day for years: open to close, walk-ins and no-shows, payroll on Sunday night, the turn board argued over on a Saturday.
That's why the platform doesn't tell you how to run your shop. Every salon runs differently — turns or bookings, commission or hourly, one chair or forty across three locations — and the software should bend to the salon, not the other way around.
What the right tool does is take the paperwork off your back. Sales tracked as they happen. Payroll that's already added up. A schedule that holds. Clients who book and pay without calling, a phone that gets answered, a Google listing that stays current. That's GuavaTex, and it works the same for a two-table shop or a multi-location group.
The work you shouldn't have to do twice.
Everything below came out of a real front desk — problems worth solving because I had them first.
The numbers, already counted.
Every sale tracked as it happens — by technician, by service, by location — and payroll totaled and waiting instead of built from a shoebox of tickets on a Sunday night.
Clients book without calling.
A booking page whether or not you have a website, a few taps to finish, and a phone that gets answered even when the desk is buried. Reminders go out on their own.
Pay at the desk, or from anywhere.
Take the card in person, or send a link the client settles from the chair or the parking lot. Same ticket, same report, either way.
Turns and tickets, settled.
Rotation tracked automatically so the next client goes to whoever is actually next, and each technician rings their own tickets and watches their own totals. The owner stops keeping score for the whole floor.
That's the shape of it. The full list lives on Features.
Three principles, quietly held.
Every decision passes through these three filters. They're how the platform stays honest as it grows.
Restraint over feature creep.
Every addition fights for its place. We say no more than we say yes — and that's the point. The result is software that stays sharp instead of getting heavier with each release.
Considered, not configured.
Good defaults beat exhaustive settings. Your team shouldn't need a setup specialist to begin booking — the platform should be useful from day one, with thoughtful choices already made.
Direct, not gatekept.
When you write us, we answer. No tier-one script-readers, no ticket queues that go nowhere. I read every message — and reply, often the same day.
Salon operators first. Software company second.
GuavaTex is built, hosted and supported by Lavish Merchant Solutions, LLC — a company that runs nail salons of its own, on the same platform you'd be using.
Lavish Merchant Solutions, LLC
Our founder has owned and run nail salons for more than ten years and leads product and engineering. Every feature on GuavaTex ran at our own front desks — with real technicians and real clients — before it was released to other salons. When something on the schedule doesn't make sense, we have already hit it on a Saturday afternoon.
Support comes from people who work in salons, not a ticket queue: write in and you reach the team that runs the desk at our own locations, in English or Vietnamese.
